TIME TRAVEL 13 was originally filmed with a sound cine camara so Iíve kept the narration to a minimum so you can enjoy the music of nitro burning Hemis. Starting off at Santa Pod in June 1975 thereís a couple of races between Stormbringer and Firefly. Then on to Wroughton two weeks later for the Tor Line European Funny Car Championships featuring Bjorn Anderson, Leif Daback and Hazze Fromm from Sweden and Dennis Priddle, Clive Skilton, Roland Pratt and Liam Chuchill from the U.K. also the amazing Swedish Jeep of Svante Eriksson takes on Stripteaser. On to the 1975 July Internationals at Santa Pod for an 8 car Funny Car field including a lengthened Tee Rat and the Chadderton Okazaki Vega over from the U.S.A. Allan Herridge takes the win in Stardust running 6.66 at 213m.p.h. which took both ends of the Funny Car record. Also John Hobbs
takes a chunk out the tarmac in his burnout before taking on Danny Johnson, then Shutdown, Hemi Hunter and Alís Gasser do their stuff. More Funny Car action from Santa Pod and Blackbushe in September 1975 then lots of fire burnouts and header flames from the season ending Fireworks Meet. On to 1976 and Don Garlits comes to Santa Pod for the Spring Nationals only to be blown away by Peter Crane in 5.97 secs. Theres also film of Brian Taylor interviewing Big Daddy and Peter Crane. Then on to Snetterton for some junior dragster action as Bob Panter takes on Rod George and back to Santa Pod for the July Internationals featuring Roz Prior in the Fast Lady, Tony Froome in Sundowner, Allan Herridge in Gladiator and from Sweden Bjorn Homgren performing an 1/8th mile burnout in the Berzerk altered.....
